By booking services with DreamClip Films, the client agrees to the terms outlined in their proposal, contract, and invoice. A booking is confirmed once the required signed agreement and retainer are received. Retainers reserve the event date and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule provided by DreamClip Films.
DreamClip Films will provide the services and deliverables described in the client's selected package. Coverage, editing, turnaround times, additional hours, raw footage, and other services are subject to the applicable agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and reasonable access to locations. DreamClip Films is not responsible for missed footage caused by schedule changes, venue restrictions, weather, guests, vendors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
DreamClip Films retains copyright to its original creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the usage rights specified in their agreement upon full payment. Portfolio, website, and social media use of wedding or event footage will be handled according to the applicable client agreement or release. DreamClip Films will make reasonable efforts to protect and preserve client files but cannot guarantee indefinite storage. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
